Titanium Heat Wrap 1400 °C

Premium titanium heat wrap designed for thermal insulation of exhaust manifolds, downpipes and full exhaust systems. By retaining radiant heat inside the exhaust, it helps lower under-hood temperatures, protects nearby components and can support improved exhaust gas velocity.

Installation Tips

1. Clean and degrease surfaces before wrapping.
2. Wrap tightly with 25–50% overlap.
3. Secure ends with stainless steel ties or wire.
4. After installation, warm up the engine at idle to allow the wrap to settle.

• Avoid sharp edges; wear appropriate protective gear.
• Install only on cool components; do not wrap hot parts.
