This front transmission support bracket is designed as an additional reinforcement for the 02M 6-speed gearbox during installation in older VW models such as Golf Mk2, Mk3, Corrado, or Passat B3/B4. It provides added strength near the starter motor, helping to reduce flex and stress under load.

The bracket mounts to the side of the gearbox casing and can be either bolted or welded, depending on the conversion setup. A must-have upgrade for serious performance builds using 1.8T, VR6, TDI, or R32 engines.
