It significantly improves oil cooling under extreme thermal conditions, helping to increase engine durability and prevent overheating – ideal for performance-oriented vehicles and motorsport applications.

• High-performance oil cooler with 19 cooling rows
• NBR nylon braided hoses (Dash 10) – heat- and pressure-resistant
• AN10 connection system including 2x 90° AN10 fittings
• Aluminum adapter plate – replaces OEM 03L117021C / 03L117021B

Technical Specifications:

• Operating pressure: up to 12 bar
• Pressure tested to: 37 bar
• Durability: 200,000 pressure cycles (0–10 bar, 2 Hz at 60 °C)
• Temperature range: -40 °C to +150 °C
• Max torque on fittings: 40 Nm
• Minimum bending radius of NBR hoses: 35 mm

Installation Notes:

• Installation by a qualified workshop is strongly recommended
• Mount the oil cooler using all 4 mounting tabs with rubber bushings to prevent vibration
• Minor trimming of the bumper support may be required for installation
• Oil capacity increases by approx. 0.3 – 0.7 liters depending on the setup
• Important: Not suitable for winter use below 0 °C – no thermostat included!
