Our high-strength girdle plate is specifically designed for the popular and powerful VW 1.8T 20V Turbo and 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines. Thanks to its smart design, it fits both engine types and provides maximum stability in high-performance applications – ideal for tuned engines over 600 HP.

Prevents crankcase flex and stabilizes the bottom end

Technical Background:
High-performance 4-cylinder turbo engines are prone to severe crankcase distortion. Without reinforcement, this can lead to major engine damage: crankshaft failure, bearing damage, misalignment of the bearing seats, or even block cracking. This girdle plate significantly reduces such risks.

1x extended oil pump drive chain
1x set of extended oil pan bolts
10x spacer sleeves (adjustable according to individual tolerances)
Note:
Installation must be carried out by qualified professionals. Spacer sleeves must be custom-fitted per engine. Not recommended for stock engines without modification.
