The Tial MV-R 44mm Wastegate is a high-performance external wastegate designed for demanding turbo systems and motorsport conditions. Built to withstand extreme temperatures and pressures, it features a compact body, advanced water cooling, and materials designed for long-term reliability – ideal for setups up to 1000 HP!

- V-Band inlet & outlet: Includes flanges and clamps for easy installation.
- Spring set included: Adjustable boost pressure up to 1.7 bar (24.7 psi).
High-quality materials:
- Valve: NiCrFe alloy (Inconel) – highly heat resistant.
- Housing: 316L stainless steel – durable and corrosion resistant.
- Diaphragm: High-temp silicone reinforced with Nomex fabric.
- Spring: 17-7 PH stainless steel – resists fatigue up to 483 °C (900 °F).
- Valve seat & guide: Made of Nitronic 60 stainless steel.
- Weld flanges: 304L stainless steel.
