Right Front Driveshaft – VW Golf Mk2 / Mk3 – Plus Axle – 6-Speed FWD Conversion

This specially designed driveshaft is required for all front-wheel-drive conversions of VW Golf Mk2 and Mk3 models equipped with the Plus axle and a 6-speed gearbox (02M or 02Q). It fits the right side of the front axle (passenger side) and is delivered fully assembled with inner and outer CV joints.

The Plus axle refers to a wider front axle layout, commonly used in performance builds or vehicles converted from all-wheel drive (4Motion). When switching from AWD to FWD, the factory-installed angle drive must be removed or replaced with a suitable adapter. This driveshaft requires such an adapter to connect properly to the gearbox output on the right side.

Built to match the geometry of the Plus axle, this driveshaft is CNC-machined and engineered to handle high torque loads. It is ideal for custom builds, motorsport projects, and high-performance applications such as 1.8T, VR6, TDI, or turbo conversions.

This product includes the right front driveshaft only – with both CV joints and protective boots pre-installed. The left-side version or a complete set can be ordered separately.
