This high-performance turbo heat shield is made from multi-layer ceramic fabric with a titanium-coated outer shell. Designed for motorsport and tuned vehicles, it protects surrounding engine components from extreme heat while improving overall turbocharger efficiency.

Compatible with popular turbo models like Garrett T3, GT2560R, GT2860RS, GT2871R, GT30, and various KKK turbos, this heat shield fits securely and installs easily even in tight engine bays.

By retaining exhaust heat inside the turbine housing, exhaust velocity increases – significantly reducing turbo lag and improving boost response. This translates into quicker spool, stronger power delivery, and improved throttle response under load or full acceleration.

The shield also reduces engine bay temperatures, protecting hoses, wiring, sensors, and intakes from heat damage. Lower intake temperatures mean more efficient air charge, supporting reliable engine operation under extreme conditions.
