Our high-strength girdle plate is designed for high-performance VW VR6 12V and R32 24V engines (BFH, BDE). It significantly reduces crankshaft flex and increases lower-end rigidity under extreme load – essential for big-power VR6 builds.

In powerful VR6 setups, excessive crank twist and bearing tunnel stress can lead to serious engine damage: crankshaft failure, bearing wear, rod failure, or even block cracking. This plate strengthens the crank area and also acts as an oil separator for improved crankcase ventilation.
