The turbocharger is one of the hottest components in the engine bay. The original heat shield on the Mercedes AMG A45, CLA45, and GLA45 models often fails to sufficiently protect against extreme temperatures during high load and aggressive driving. Our lava heat shield wrap replaces the original shield and offers optimized thermal protection on all fronts.

Made from high-temperature resistant material with a special lava coating, this turbo blanket withstands temperatures up to 1100°C. It reduces heat radiation and effectively protects adjacent parts and lines from overheating. The unique wrapping technique provides superior insulation of the turbocharger, enhancing the engine’s thermodynamic performance.

Compatibility & usage:

This turbo wrap is designed specifically for high-performance Mercedes-AMG A45, CLA45, and GLA45 turbocharged models. It is not compatible with the original heat shield and cannot be used together with it.
